  • Sharing your Personal Information is always your choice. But keep in mind, opting out may limit your access to some program benefits.
  • We do not sell or rent your data. Ever.
  • We only use your data to run the One Stop Wellness Program. If you use third-party services through our platform, we may need to share limited information with those partners to provide the service.
  • You’re in control. You can view, correct, or delete your information at any time from your account settings.
  • We use cookies and similar technologies to personalize your experience and improve the platform.

1. Who We Are

The One Stop Wellness Program (“the Program”) is a voluntary wellness program designed to support healthier lifestyles. It is provided by One Stop Wellness, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered at:

Your Program Sponsor (usually your employer or health plan) pays for your access.


2. What Information We Collect

We collect two types of information:

  • Personal Information – that can identify you directly or indirectly, such as:
    • Name, address, phone number, and email
    • Date of birth, gender, and demographics
    • Biometric or health-related data (e.g., blood pressure, steps, sleep patterns)
    • Information from fitness devices, assessments, and program activities
    • Survey responses and challenge performance
    • Any information you voluntarily provide via forms, uploads, or messaging
  • Anonymous Data – created by removing identifying information. We use this for analytics and reporting.

You can choose how much to share. Some services may require certain information to function properly.


3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Set up and manage your account
  • Verify your eligibility and participation
  • Track your progress and earned rewards
  • Provide insights, feedback, and notifications
  • Improve the platform and personalize your experience

We never use your data for marketing or advertising.


4. Communication Preferences

You may receive:

  • Push notifications (optional – can be disabled in your device settings)
  • Text messages via SMS and WhatsApp with health tracking updates, reminders, and wellness tips (optional – can be disabled in your settings)
  • Email updates and newsletters about program features and your progress

You can opt out anytime through your profile settings or by contacting us.
We promise not to spam you.


5. WhatsApp Messaging Consent

As part of the One Stop Wellness program, you can choose to receive messages via WhatsApp. These may include:

  • Health tracking reminders
  • Progress updates
  • Wellness tips
  • Prompts to complete challenges or assessments

This is a text-only service, provided at no additional cost. Standard data or messaging rates from your mobile provider may apply.

Your phone number will only be used for program-related communications and will not be shared or used for marketing. You can opt out anytime by changing your preferences in the app or replying “STOP” to any WhatsApp message from us.

6. Health Assessments, Surveys, and Wearables

  • Health Assessments: These are optional and may be customized by your Program Sponsor.
  • Surveys: Results may be shared in anonymized form, unless you provide identifying information in open-ended responses.
  • Wearables: You can connect devices (e.g., Apple Health, Fitbit). Only relevant data is pulled into your profile.

7. Alexa Skill Use

If you use our Alexa Skill:

  • Voice recordings are processed locally on your device and never stored or uploaded to our servers.
  • No one can hear, download, or access them.

8. Other Data Sources

We may receive data from:

  • Your Program Sponsor (e.g., eligibility files)
  • Health providers or insurers (with your consent)
  • Program partners (e.g., labs or biometric testing providers)
  • Public databases (e.g., USPS, census)

9. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to:

  • Remember login details and preferences
  • Track how you use the platform
  • Improve performance and security

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.


10. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party services or sites. Their privacy practices apply if you use those services. We recommend reviewing their terms.


11. Who Has Access to Your Data

Only authorized staff and partners may access your data, strictly for service delivery and support.


12. Who We Share Data With

  • Program Sponsors (anonymized or limited personal info for rewards or support)
  • Vendors and contractors supporting our services
  • Government entities (only when legally required)
  • New owners in case of a merger or acquisition (with same privacy protections)

We never sell, rent, or use your data for advertising.


13. Data Storage & Security

We store all data on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the U.S. with:

  • Encrypted data transmission
  • Multi-layered firewalls
  • Secure login protocols

14. Your Rights

You can:

  • Access, correct, or download your data
  • Request deletion of your account
  • Transfer your data to another provider
  • Object or restrict certain types of processing

Requests can be submitted in the app or by contacting us. We respond within a reasonable time.


15. California Privacy Rights

We comply with California Civil Code §1798.83. We do not share data with third parties for direct marketing.


16. Data Retention & Deletion

After account termination:

  • Your data is deactivated after 30 days
  • Permanently deleted after an additional 32 days

17. Policy Updates

We may update this notice. Major changes will be communicated and require your review.
