As part of the One Stop Wellness program, you can choose to receive wellness-related messages via WhatsApp to help you stay on track with your health goals. These are secure, helpful, one-way messages sent through Twilio, our trusted messaging provider.

All messages are text-only and provided at no additional cost. Standard SMS or data rates from your mobile provider may apply.

You will never receive marketing messages via WhatsApp
Messages will never include sensitive or private health information

To receive messages via WhatsApp, you must explicitly agree by checking the consent box below:

You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time using either of the following methods:
Open the app and turn off “Receive WhatsApp Messages” in your profile settings
Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from One Stop Wellness
Once you opt out, you’ll no longer receive messages unless you re-enable them through your settings.
